Mi DeSilva is a Bermudian, and was educated at Mount St. Agnes Academy. She's been married for 33 years and is the mother of two adult daughters, two sons-in-law, and three grandchildren.   Pharaoh Caton, born Oct. 2006, Anthony Joseph (AJ), born July 2007 and the most recent addition to the family is little Miss Sage Kai, born April 2008.   Mi and her husband De are so very proud of the family that they helped create.

Mi loves to help couples go from couplehood to parenthood.  Mi feels it is such an honour to attend the births she sometimes teases her client and says she should be paying them and not them paying her.

Mi’s interests have always centred around maternal matters, and over the years she has developed both her knowledge and instinct of pre- and post-natal care.

Mi’s exceedingly calm nature and genuine compassion are desirable qualities in a doula. Her other interests are reading, cooking and travel.
